Greek Style Dill Caper Squid Recipe
- 1kg raw squid, rinsed and patted dry
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp dried dill
- 1/4 cup chopped capers
- fresh ground pepper
- dash of garlic powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Set oven to 170c or 325f. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and let marinate while the oven heats up. When the oven is ready, bake for 20 min.
