Thierre Di Castro, 2010 Model Universe Champion

Ahhhh, Thierre.  This Brazilian model easily won not only the 2010 Model Universe Championships in Miami in June, he also wins the hearts of single women everywhere as the "Fantasy Man" in the latest Zoosk Online Dating commercial.  Check out the clip and some pics that I took of him the day after his big win.

My BFF, Telihana, an American born pop artist of Chinese/Belgian descent living in Europe, just dropped a fun club track called All Night, produced by Bionix. The launch party will be in Beijing July 23 @ The Beach w/DJ Chozie for all your BJers who can make it. I'm so proud of her!

Red Meat - a great protein even on diet

 If you're looking for good protein sources and you stay away from red meat because of fats, check out the eye of round cuts. These cuts are the leanest of all the red meat. Depending on what book you read or website you will find they only have 3.5g of fat per 4oz portion. Thats leaner than a chicken breast!
Like everything there is a bad side to this. The fact that there is so little fat in them makes them tougher to eat and chewier. The solution I came up with for this problem was getting my meat ground up. Call your butcher and have them grind up your portion of round steak for you then it basically feels like your eating ground beef! But much healthier!!

• Model Releases must be signed.
• The best images will be uploaded to my online Gallery where you can purchase prints and merchandise. You will be sent the best proof-marked websize images via web couple of weeks.
• Each image that you want professionally edited will be $25 each. You will receive web and print size of each edited image which would be suitable for commercial or portfolio.

About the Photographer

Natalie Minh started working in the industry as a model in Europe and North America and learned the craft over the years working in front of the lens. Over time this evolved into a career as a photographer where Minh trained under renowned fashion, beauty, glamour, and commercial photographers in Paris, Milan, and Belgium. Her images are being used by well-known modeling agencies throughout Europe, advertising campaigns globally, and published in a number of international magazines.

Now based in Los Angeles, her work has branched out into the Fitness Arena where she contributes to publications such as Muscular Development, Marathon Muscle, Ultra-Fit Mag, etc.  Fitness celebrities include 3x Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler, IFBB Hall of Famers Shawn Ray and Kevin Levrone, 2x Arnold Classic winner Kai Greene, IFBB Japanese superstar Hidetada Yamagishi, 2009 IFBB World Champion female bodybuilder Alina Popa, Internationally ranked fitness competitor Oksana Grishna.

Jay Cutler 11 weeks out from the 2010 Olympia

I had the wonderful opportunity to shoot the biggest name in the Bodybuilding world while I was on holiday in Las Vegas during the 4th of July weekend.

Muscular Development athlete, 3x Mr. Olympia, IFBB Pro Jay Cutler 13 Weeks Out from Olympia (July 4 weekend @ Golds Gym Vegas). He is supported by Team Cutler, Eric Di Lauro (Mr. Canada) and Brian Glynn.

Weighing in at 290 lbs, this gentle giant shows me in 90 minutes how intense his workout are.
