Sparkly Berry Water Recipe
It's the New Year and I'm trying to get back on diet. I always find that the first 2-3 weeks are tough but then after it's routine. So here I am with my afternoon cravings, I'm looking for a solution, and came up with this recipe. The bubbles keeps me feeling satiated and I used to drink 'd'eau petillante' all the

- a handful of frozen berries
Put one into another in a big glass. Drink. :)
